We are beginning the registration process for the 2024 - 2025 school year.
Please read through the procedures featured below for more detailed information. You’ll also find a link to access our Registration Application for the 2024 – 2025 school year. Registration will open November 1st for current families, November 19th for alumni families and December 1 for new families. We will begin scheduling tours in November, call to schedule.
Please submit online or print and return the registration form in our Parent Drop Box.
Registration applications are processed in the order in which they are received, beginning once the registration window opens.
The $100 application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, unless we are unable to place your child in a class by the start of school.
Families will receive confirmation of their child’s placement either in a class, or on a waiting list by December 21st.
If you would like your child added to our wait list, please contact us, with your name, child’s name, child’s date of birth and the best number to reach you. There is no charge to be added to the waitlist.
By February 1st, your contract card, and non-refundable tuition deposit will be due.
Tuition Deposits:
2s, 3s and TK - Tuition Deposit (see below) due February 1st
4s - Tuition Deposit (see below) due February 1st (or HALF due 1/1 and HALF due 2/1)
Tuition:
Tuition (see below) is due the 1st of the month beginning 9/1.
Payment received after the 5th is considered late and a $10 late fee will be applied.
Quarterly payments are due: 9/1, 11/1, 2/1, 4/1

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Penfield Village Nursery School & Kindergarten admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin, without discrimination on any basis.
AGE REQUIREMENTS:
To register for our 2-year-old program, your child must turn 2 years old by September 1st of the year in which they will attend.
To register for our 3-year-old program, your child must turn 3 years old by December 1st of the year in which they will attend. Independent bathroom skills are encouraged. 4 Day 3s must be 3 by June 30th and fully potty trained.
To register for our 4-year-old program, your child must turn 4 years old by December 1st of the year in which they will attend.
To register for our Transitional Kindergarten program, your child must turn 5 years old by December 1st of the year in which they will attend. Busing may be provided.
HEALTH FORM REQUIREMENT:
